Augmented Reality for Flight Simulator Based on Background Keying
Vahalík, Tomáš ; Maršík, Lukáš (referee) ; Beran, Vítězslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with a design of a method for determination of the view direction within a scene and an exact registration of a camera picture with a model of the scene for background keying. The methods for an image description by interest points are parts of this thesis, especially the methods SURF, FAST and Brief. A demo application, which tests are described here as well, presents a correspondence determination between an input image from a camera and a created model of the scene. The main use of this work rests in augmented reality together with determination of the user's view direction.
Automatic calculation of relative orientation of two cameras
Adámek, Daniel ; Nováček, Petr (referee) ; Klečka, Jan (advisor)
To determine a relative orientation of two cameras, it is necessary to understand wide range of fields. Therefore, this thesis showes principles of basic methods of detection and description of keypoints in an image as well as methods of matching these keypoints. The paper also provides brief summary of epipolar geometry and linear triangulation. C++ implementation of presented theory was proposed and its disadvantages were discussed.
Region Detectors and Descriptors in Image
Žilka, Filip ; Petyovský, Petr (referee) ; Horák, Karel (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with an important part of computer vision field. Main focus of this thesis is on feature detectors and descriptors in an image. Throughout the thesis the simplest feature detectors like Moravec detector will be presented, building up to more complex detectors like MSER or FAST. The purpose of feature descriptors is in a mathematical description of these points. We begin with the oldest ones like SIFT and move on to newest and best performing descriptors like FREAK or ORB. The major objective of the thesis is comparison of presented methods on licence plate localization task.
The role of brief in tender for marketing campaigns
Procházková, Michaela ; Černá, Jitka (advisor) ; Grunt, František (referee)
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of a tender procedure and the importance of a high-quality brief which facilitate this process. Theoretical part focuses on advertising agencies, their history, division and covering associations. Furthermore, the recommended content of the brief and the tender procedure by Association of communication agencies are specified. The role of quality research through the expert interview is emphasized. In the practical part of this thesis is interviewed the contracting authority and the agency's failure in the specific tender is being investigated. Following this research, there are recommendations for the agency resulting from the interview.
